The Year 4 students have made "turrón" following Raúl Madrid's mother recipe. You can see all the steps here:

PROCEDURE
- Cook the cream with the sugar, stirring during 10-12 minutes.
- Add the ground almonds and mix it.
- Finally add the chopped nuts.
- Put the greaseproof paper into the cake pan
- Pour the mix and press
- Keep it in the fridge for a couple of hours
- Enjoy!
We have had a lot of fun making it, and of course we have enjoyed eating it, Yummy!
